Erica Bates, BOC’s Executive Director, served as the Production Chair from 2007-09 and as a Board Member-at-Large from 2009-10. Ms. Bates has sung roles including Cobweb A Midsummer Night’s Dream with The Boston Conservatory (TBC), Second Woman Dido and Aeneas and L’horloge/Le Chat L’enfant et les sortileges with the Intermezzo Young Artist Program, Sandman Hansel and Gretel, Susanna The Countess of Seville, and Papagena The Magic Flute with BOC. She will be performing the role of Mrs. Segstrom in BOC’s upcoming production of Stephen Sonheim’s A Little Night Music. She has also sung in productions with Riverside Theatre Works, Opera Hub, and Lake George Opera. Ms. Bates graduated from TBC with an MM in vocal performance and DePauw University with a BM in vocal performance.
